Module · Services for residents and businesses
Participatory budgeting
Proposals from residents, validation, public voting, results.
The module lets residents and companies take part directly in local decision-making: submitting development project proposals, debating and voting on them transparently, validation by the council's specialist committee, and publication of the results.

A project proposal submitted by a resident: description, estimated budget and location on the map.
What changes in local decision-making
Participatory budgeting becomes a documented, verifiable process rather than a paper form — from proposal to implemented project, with a public audit trail.

Native integrations
Participatory budgeting is embedded in the council structure and in the budget cycle.
Part of the same platform
Participatory budgeting is not a separate application. It uses the same resident accounts, the same documents and the same notification and audit mechanisms as every other module.
How to get started
You don't have to digitise the whole institution at once.
START ONE
You start directly with this module: Participatory budgeting, the public-facing portal and the tools it needs to run.
START PRO + PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING
If you already have the digital foundation — resident accounts, documents, workflows — the module is activated on top of it, with no migration.
