Why Vision Smart Digital City

Vision Smart Digital City is built for how a city hall actually works, not just for moving paper forms online. Citizens, documents, registers, workflows, approvals and reporting live in one system, so information moves correctly between departments.

One platform

Every module shares the same data, the same registry and the same documents. No separate applications, no parallel records.

Workflows and documents

A complete electronic file: generation, versioning, electronic signature and archiving, with the full history of every change.

Automation that saves time

Automatic numbering, deadline calculation, prefilled data, validations, document generation and handover to the next person in the flow.

Configurable

Forms, workflows, roles, registers and deadlines are configured around your own procedures, with no new development.

Full traceability

Who registered it, who it was assigned to, what changed and when the reply went out — no reconstructing from e-mails.

Enterprise architecture

Permissions down to field and action level, an audit trail for every operation, GDPR and eIDAS compliance.

True omnichannel

Online, mobile, info-kiosk, e-mail or front desk — the same request enters the same registry and the same internal workflow.

Real-time management

Dashboards fed by current activity: open requests, missed deadlines, department workload.

Grows without re-implementation

Start with one module or the base package and add components later, on the same platform, with no migration.

The digital model of public administration

We don't digitise forms.
We build the digital model of public administration.

In Vision Smart Digital City, citizens, companies, properties, documents, requests, permits, contracts and every other administrative object exist as entities in their own right, interconnected across the whole platform.

Persistent entities

Data exists independently of accounts, forms or channels. A citizen can be registered at the front desk before having an account. If they create an account later, their history is already there. If they close the account, the administrative data stays.

Modules for the entire administration

Vision Smart Digital City is a modular platform: the institution starts with the digital foundation and adds specialist modules at its own pace, without separate software islands. Every module uses the same identity, registry, document and workflow mechanisms.
