Local council
Draft decisions, meetings, electronic voting, adopted decisions.
The module provides electronic support for the whole deliberative process of the local authority: from initiating and clearing draft decisions, through convening and holding the meeting, to voting, adoption, signing, publication and archiving. Meetings can be held in person, online or hybrid.

The draft decision: electronic file, committee opinions and the adoption workflow.
What changes in the department's work
The meeting assembles itself from the drafts already cleared, the vote is signed electronically and cannot be disputed, and the minutes and the decision are published automatically on the day of the meeting.

Native integrations
The deliberative process uses the records registry, the public-facing portal and the notifications component.
Part of the same platform
The Local council module is not a separate application. It uses the same records registry, the same documents and the same signing, notification and audit mechanisms as every other module.
How to get started
You don't have to digitise the whole institution at once.
START ONE
You start directly with this module: Local council, the internal portal, the resident portal and the tools it needs to run.
START PRO + LOCAL COUNCIL
If you already have the digital foundation — records registry, documents, workflows — the module is activated on top of it, with no migration.
