Interactive map

The platform's geospatial layer: everything with an address appears on the map.

The module gives residents and staff an interactive visual map of the locality — with every element of the platform that has a geospatial location — and maintains an electronic record of the green spaces inside the built-up area, in line with the legal obligation to establish and keep a local green-space register. The map is available both in the external portal, in public and personalised views, and in the internal portal, with extended management.

What changes in the institution's work

Everything with an address appears on the map: applications, permits, reports, facilities and IoT sensors — for staff in the internal portal, for residents in the public portal, with configurable display rules.

What you can do

Viewing, filtering and geospatial management of every element of the platform that has a location.

Everything with coordinates

Planning certificates, building permits, reports and petitions, land, buildings, businesses, schools, hospitals, institutional buildings, parks and IoT equipment.

Multiple layers

Filtering by element type, clustering and geospatial search.

Detail windows

Name, status, representative image, address, issue and expiry dates, and a link to the detail page.

Differentiated views

Public access to open information; extended access for authenticated users, highlighting the items they are a party to.

Internal thematic maps

The applications map and the planning map, with building permits and certificates shown on their sites.

Notes on map items

Adding, viewing with pagination, editing and deleting, according to the user's rights.

Drawing shapes and zones

Polygons and lines for delimiting areas.

Configurable behaviour

Layers, icons and display rules, managed from the internal portal.

Native integrations

The map is not a separate application: it displays the data produced by the other modules, in real time.

The Urban planning module, for planning documents and approvals in principle on green spaces
The Public information and petitions module, for reports located geospatially
The IoT component, for environmental sensors shown on the map
The external portal, the mobile portal and the kiosk, for publishing the map to residents

Part of the same platform

The interactive map is not a separate GIS application. It uses the same data, the same access rights and the same audit mechanisms as every other module — there is no second set of information to maintain.

How you can start

You do not have to digitise the whole institution at once.

START ONE

You start with this module directly: Interactive map, the internal portal and the tools it needs to run.

START PRO + INTERACTIVE MAP

If you already have the digital foundation — records registry, documents, workflows — the map is activated on top of it and immediately shows the existing items.
