Document management

The institution's electronic file: generation, versioning, signing and archiving.

The electronic document management component is the institution's operational archive: every document — generated automatically from templates, uploaded by users, received by e-mail or captured from scanning equipment — is stored centrally, indexed with metadata and managed with clear access rights, in line with the records retention schedule and the requirements of each workflow.

What changes in the flow of documents

The right document, in the right version, with the right person: versioning, visual comparison and electronic signing remove the paper circuit and the parallel folders on people's desks.

Native integrations

Every module manages its documents through this component.

The records registry, for registration numbers allocated automatically
The electronic signature component and OCR scanning
All platform modules, which manage their documents through this component
The security component, for access rights at document level

Part of the same platform

Document management is part of the base package, together with the records registry and the workflows. There is no second document store in the platform.

How you can start

You do not have to digitise the whole institution at once.

START ONE

Document management is part of the base package — it is the starting point of any implementation.

START PRO + DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The specialist modules are added on top, generating and versioning their documents through this component.
