Contracts
The contract register, addenda, guarantees, invoices.
The module digitises the institution's contract register, whatever the type, source or method of award: public procurement contracts, services, works, supply, leases of public land and other configurable types, with tracking of execution, deadlines, guarantees and invoices.

The contract register: subject, supplier, values, deadlines and the Documents, Items, Invoices and Audit tabs.
What changes in contract management
No contract expires unexpectedly and no guarantee is released out of habit: the system gives notice in good time and shows exactly what has been paid and what is still outstanding.
What you can do
Recording and executing the institution's contracts, from registration to the last invoice paid.
Registering the contract
Subject, number, date, associated project, expiry date, EU funding reference and supplier.
Contracts that already existed
A dedicated marker for retrospectively registering paper contracts already running.
Dedicated tabs
Documents, Items, Invoices and Audit, in the same contract form.
Addenda and revisions
Sequential numbering, with the value and the deadlines updated automatically.
Guarantees
Performance guarantees and other types, with expiry tracking and automatic notifications.
Linked invoices
With the payable amount calculated automatically from the items and quantities.
Payments and outstanding balance
Tracking of payments made, at contract, budget chapter and revision level.
Supplier management
Linked to contracts and to invoices.

Native integrations
Contracts connect procurement, projects and public land to budget execution.
Part of the same platform
The Contracts module is not a separate application. It uses the same records registry, the same documents and the same signing, notification and audit mechanisms as every other module.
How to get started
You don't have to digitise the whole institution at once.
START ONE
You start directly with this module: Contracts, the internal portal and the tools it needs to run.
START PRO + CONTRACTS
If you already have the digital foundation — records registry, documents, workflows — the module is activated on top of it, with no migration.
Want to see how the Contracts module would work in your administration
We'll walk you through the complete workflow on a real case, from the contract registered to the guarantee tracked and the outstanding balance.
